Toning shoes are all the rage at the moment, all of the major brands have been creating shoes that tone your legs and bum as you walk along. Crocs Tone is the offering from that well known you love them you hate them brand Crocs. In spite of all the negative press Crocs have prevailed and indeed prospered because of their comfortable design and foot massaging properties. This is why their shoe the Crocs Tone has already proved to be a huge hit, it combines the toning element that the other companies are cashing in on and it still has the great properties that make Crocs the shoe that has captured the attention of the world. A pair of Crocs Tone will shape and sculpt your bum and legs while you simply walk along, which sounds like the ideal solution to getting that summer body.
The basic principle of all the toning shoes is to unbalance you slightly so that the muscles in your legs have to work hard to keep you upright and balanced. Some of the first shoes that claimed to produce toning benefits were the Masai Barefoot Technology trainers, based on the belief that feet should move more than they do wearing stiff shoes walking on hard ground. There have been many studies to suggest that the health of the feet and subsequently the body is better when they are not wearing shoes and are walking across varied terrain as they were of course designed to do. However, it would not be practical or safe to walk around barefoot in our modern world so MBT created a shoe that had a curved sole that would simulate walking on natural uneven ground. This in turn toned up the legs because the muscles have to work harder to keep you balanced. Fit flop are another big brand that came out of the trend for toning footwear where all the wearer has to do is go about their daily business. The Fit Flop is a more fashion friendly shoe than the MBT since it simply looks like a flip flop with a thick sole which is what claims to tone your legs as you walk along. The only real objections to the Fit Flop styling was because they have a large logo on the top of the shoe saying Fit Flop which many women found embarrassing to wear out and about.
Crocs have developed a shoe called the Crocs Tone that has been developed with the same principles in mind; the shoes slightly unbalance you so the legs work really hard to help you move along. There are a few designs for you to choose from, the classic Croc shape and the more slim line shoes that have become more popular. They also have a flip flop and sandal version which are perfect for the summer and they of course compete with the ever popular Fit Flop. The flip flops are Crocs branded but they do not have the words Crocs Tone all over them so they are a more discreet toning flip flop than the Fit Flops. All of the Crocs Tone shoes are incredibly lightweight and the Croslite mould to your feet to create the most comfortable walking and toning experience. If easy toning and comfortable shoes is the combination you are looking for then a pair of Crocs Tone would be the perfect shoe for you.
